  I couldn’t get anyone to help me in their ready meal food counter. I stood there for 10 minutes. Staff kept walking around pretending to be busy. This is not the first time this has happened. Only one other time when what look like a supervisor was around were they willing to help. Their other departments such meat and deli provide great service. Not sure what the difference is, but definitely something management should take a look at.

  Market Street has the best cakes! My husband loves the mom's strawberry cake. It is super moist and very tasty. I usually get my son's birthday cakes from here because we can get his favorite cake filling -the cookies and cream filling in his cake.

  This is for the bakery! I have been a long time customer! I have been getting cakes made at your store for many years not and have not been disappointed once! This order I was especially impressed by! I was told because of copywrite issues they would not be able to put my chosen pic on the cake. My brother is a huge WWE fan. Miss Irene and Robin worked their magic! They were able to crop out the WWE wrestlers and add in a “championship belt” along with his picture. It was PERFECT!! Thank you for going the extra mile!

  I use the catering department often and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented. The service I received today far exceeded all expectations. Shela, at the catering desk went so far above and beyond what I would have ever asked from anyone in this busy industry. I will continue to refer friends, family and complete strangers to Market Street Allen.
