There is literally no service counter and they will refuse to take your order if you ask. You have to pay through nasty dirty kiosks or via their phone app. The dining room is also super small and dirty. It might as well be a drive-through only location. No thanks.

We were in a hurry and didn't check our order at the window.
One of the 5 drinks was totally the wrong thing and we were missing the chicken nuggets from the kids biggie bags. We were surprised since normally biggie bags are put into separate bags
Sadly we didn't have time to go back and didn't ask for a receipt so we couldn't even call.

The food was pretty good, BUT the drive through worker had a DISREPECTFUL attitude.
You cannot order from the workers. You can only order from the Kiosk inside. The kiosk informs you to ask for your cups at the counter. The drive through worker said "Well there's just 2 of us, so you need to wait a minute," with a scowl on her face.
The kiosk also says to ask for your receipt when you get your food. When I asked for the receipt, the worker rolled her eyes at me and said "receipts don't print for Kiosk orders".
