I pull up to the window to pay for my 6 nuggets and whoever was working the drive thru, curly hair girl lightskin ish with her hair in a bun was so rude. She was rude when I asked what the sauce choices were and then the Apple Pay card reader wasn’t functioning and instead of being polite about trying again she was rude and said this wasn’t her first time taking a payment before. My sister and I were nice but at one point asked why she was being so rude and she ignored us. Very bad service I hope someone at corporate sees this as her overall attitude and demeanour is turning customers away. This occurred on January 22, 2026 at about 9:15pm
