Aida is amazing! She took my order today and I wasn’t entirely sure on what to eat; instead of staying silent or rushing me, she listed out the menu items and possible combinations which led me to the perfect order. She was very patient with and friendly, attentive, & helpful to everyone who walked in. Aside from that, I also noticed she is bilingual (spanish) which is a great help/confidence booster to anyone who may not speak English. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience thanks to Aida!

ELSA is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met! I usually roll around to Wendy’s at 11:30-11:45 pretty close to closing due to my work schedule and she takes such good care of me EVERY TIME!! I love her so much! She makes my night every time!

Upon my recent visit to this lovely establishment, I was agreeably astonished at the wonderful service. The fabled square patty along with its soft yet firm bun was of such flavor and succulence, for a fleeting moment, I was in heaven.

The behind the counter worker was so rude. We ordered about $70 of food to go and she wants to huff and puff and acted like we’re an inconvenience asking questions about menu items that are literally listed no where. Then we asked for a drink carrier and a bag to carry our food… it’s for 7 people of course we need help carrying all this stuff.
The Coke Freestyle machine tastes awful, mixture is not right.
Asked to try the new signature sauce and she tells me 50 cents, little does she know it will cost Wendy’s significantly more than 50 cents just to run my card.
Don’t hire such crappy miserable people, they’re running customers away.

Gotten mayo on 2 burgers twice in a row when I specifically asked FOR NO MAYO burger wasn’t hot meat was like eating carpet but slightly better than eating drywall and service was slower than snail on lithium And the people that work there really could not care less what they are serving tastes like. I would rather eat the paper out of my shredder than eat here.
