- JJJonHatesStarWars2 days ago3.0This Taco Bell is a unique location because of how great the food is but how terrible the service is. This Taco Bell's food is far superior to any other Taco Bell restaurant in the city. When you get food from this Taco Bell the food is fresh, it's piping hot, and it's delicious. In fact the quality of the food at this particular restaurant is why I keep coming back to it. And this is despite the poor customer service which seems to be an issue every time I come to the restaurant. The young lady who works the drive-thru is often quite rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there. And she's quite rude to customers as well. She frequently looks miserable and that type of attitude rubs off on to customers. There's also a young man that's often working to drive through and he too is not very happy or personable. The art of customer service at this particular Taco Bell is lost. And while they often get the orders correct, they also often forget portions of your orders meaning you have to go back inside or through the drive-thru again to get the items you've already purchased. If they were able to increase customer relations and customer service to the same level as their food this would be the perfect Taco Bell.
