    Went here today after church for lunch. It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. So we ate our sandwiches there instead of getting them to-go. My husband and I each had a Veggie Sandwich on Hearty Multigrain. Maria made our sandwiches and she was very accommodating. I asked her to put avocado on one side of the bread and a little mustard on the other side because I don’t like to get a face full of mustard when it is put it on top of all the veggies and I bite into it. She carefully added each veggie I asked for and made sure it was evenly dispersed and not piled up just in one spot, without me having to direct her at all on how to make a correct sandwich. (It’s surprising how many people working in a sandwich shop don’t know how to do that!) The veggies were very fresh and crunchy and the bread was nice and fresh as well. All in all we had a very pleasant experience and we will definitely go back again. After such a nice experience today I was so surprised when I came back here to leave a review and saw that so many other people had rated this place very poorly. Again, thank you, Maria for taking such good care of us!!! ❤️

    We stood in line for a very long time and were completely ignored by the staff. Two employees saw us waiting and still chose not to acknowledge us or take our order. I eventually had to speak up just to be helped. There is no excuse for ignoring paying customers. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Do better.

    We stopped by here this Friday, around 230 pm for lunch, ordered a foot long tuna combo. What a warm, friendly, up eat welcome by this young man named Miron, we were blown away the welcoming and uplifting demeanor of Miron, he was so helpful. And we do have to give credit to Natasha, the store manager, thx for guiding us on how to use the subway app, the two of them, Miron & Natasha, worked great together Thank you for making our stop at your store a memorable one, the sandwich was good, too!

    Ordered a footlong roast beef sandwich thru the app. When I got home, there was literally 2 pieces of roast beef on the footlong. I guess this is standard for app ordering since the customer is not there in person to monitor how the sandwich is made. Pretty poor sandwich. And I’ve been going to this location for YEARS. I guess I need to rethink that. I know they don’t care but at least I feel better getting my story told.

    Just got my sub and Miron definitely understands the art of making a great sandwich. Definitely keep that guy. Super nice too! Made the experience so pleasant and my boyfriend said that’s the best service he’s ever had at this location. 10/10
