  Dbfolutely hcvds down best food I’ve eaten in Texas thuu it s far and where are you planning to spend my birthday for the next couple years honestly if all goes to plan… But it’s exceptionally well staffed very kind staff and they have amazing cokes that cooked the meat. Just right especially the tenderloin. Moist tenderloin is delicious. It’s honestly out of this world and there hot Barbecue sauce is to die for well worth the money if you afford that big bottle!! But I cs t say broth positive Things about this place to die for honestly to live for honest I’m used to say, but the food is heaven sent why I got all Five Star from me and we didn’t even have to go on a Sunday, but we did after church and it still wasn’t packed out. They still had a room in the back for us. It’s a party room, but there’s still plenty of tables in the tables are gorgeous handmade all of them. I definitely appreciated the craftsmanship being a carpenter myself all wood tables with a thick lacquer on top and the joint glued together with probably biscuit joints inside so they were sturdy and they had good legs and seat was plentiful especially for my big family that came in there, but it was amazing. Would highly recommend and I will go back there for as many times as I can it even be Hardee’s out and taste to me. That’s how good it was so keep it up Rudy’s you guys are killing it. And In a good way lol and I was very appreciative of the staff, especially at the register. They let me taste any food I wanted to as far as barbecuing to see what you mean I like the best and I try to ham and then the moist tenderloin with it I was it was over at that cause it was like a filet mignon. It was so good so moist and tender And you might wanna get two if you get that and it’s much cheaper than Hardee’s you get about twice of food for half the price so and no longer Line still in your car to get in there cause they have plenty of seating as far large enough. It’s almost as big as Bukkey‘s walk-in market Not quite that big but it’s nearly that big. It’s pretty amazing. Five out of five stars all day long.

  Smoked turkey is the absolute best-so are the smoked sausages. Everything was good. My only issue is that the chopped beef on my potato was actually chunks. Had to come home and chop it myself

  Always have great selection of barbecue items. Staff are very friendly and professional. Need to go for great food with a good price.

  Chop says 10.99 rings up to 14.00 lol.....k Plus I feel like this bbq for people that don't live in Texas...so last time I'll eat here I feel bad because of the way prices are overpriced that people have to charge for scraps in a cup

  This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating visit to Rudy's, especially considering the premium price we paid. The brisket was a complete failure. The slices cut too thick and the meat was severely undercooked. The fat cap was not rendered at all. Instead of being soft and melting into the meat, the fat cap was thick, waxy, and impossible to chew through, confirming the brisket hadn't spent nearly enough time in the smoker. To charge this much for such a fundamental failure in BBQ preparation is unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere for quality, properly cooked barbecue.
