I was looking for a place with a drive thru. I've been on a quest to try new (to me) places I've never tried so I decided to finally try Portillo's. Jaydon was standing outside in the rain waiting to take my order. He had a big smile on his face and was very friendly. I ordered the cheeseburger meal with fries and a coke. Everything was hot and fresh and so good!! Jaydon was probably one of the nicest people I've ever spoken with at a drive thru. He's definitely an asset to this restaurant. Great experience, I will be back.

I ordered exactly what they suggested, the beef with sausage sandwich and gravy bread. Both were excellent and will definitely go back again. The price was a bit higher than expected but decent.
