From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff genuinely enjoys working there and with each other. The energy is incredibly welcoming, and even during a busy Saturday, the team was positive and attentive. Max, the manager, has clearly built a top-tier culture where the team works seamlessly together. It’s rare to see such a strong, positive vibe in a fast-casual spot. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

When I came in, I asked for a manager because I wasn't sure what the best path to resolution would be; the GM Maximillian worked with us to figure out what happened to our order and got us sorted. He was so kind and patient with us, really such a gentleman. And the new harvest salad was really good. I read in the news that Panera is trying to get put more focus on service excellence, and it really showed tonight.
