The staff is super friendly and incredibly efficient—you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about both their customers and what they serve. Highly recommend stopping by!

Panera Bread at Watters Creek is convenient and predictable, especially when you need a quick meal while shopping or running errands. The space is clean and comfortable, and ordering—whether in person or online—is generally easy.
That said, this location feels very average. Service is efficient but fairly transactional, and food quality is hit or miss depending on the visit. Some orders are fresh and well prepared, while others feel rushed or inconsistent. Nothing has been bad enough to complain about, but nothing stands out either.
It’s a fine option for a quick soup-and-salad or coffee stop, but not a location I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it serves its purpose—basic, convenient, and unremarkable.

I stopped by this Panera at Watters Creek on Saturday for lunch and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the grilled chicken & Avo BLT with a cup of their chicken noodle soup. Both were fresh and delicious!
Beyond the food, what really stood out was the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff genuinely enjoys working there and with each other. The energy is incredibly welcoming, and even during a busy Saturday, the team was positive and attentive. Max, the manager, has clearly built a top-tier culture where the team works seamlessly together. It’s rare to see such a strong, positive vibe in a fast-casual spot. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

My large and crazy family had an ordering fiasco tonight that was 100% a screwup and miscommunication on our part. When I came in, I asked for a manager because I wasn't sure what the best path to resolution would be; the GM Maximillian worked with us to figure out what happened to our order and got us sorted. He was so kind and patient with us, really such a gentleman. And the new harvest salad was really good. I read in the news that Panera is trying to get put more focus on service excellence, and it really showed tonight.
