  This location has gone down hill since opening. Been back twice and my steak was over cooked and ordered bloomin onion and was burnt twice. Then billed will returned not eaten. So after a 200 dollar bill this is not worth the money.

  I took my mom out to dinner at the Allen location and we had a wonderful time. The staff was super warm and friendly. Our server Brent was awesome and very attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. We will most definitely return. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

  I recently ordered takeout from Outback Steakhouse, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. My order was prepared quickly, packaged neatly, and everything was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. You can tell the team takes real care with their to go orders — nothing was missing, the portions were generous, and the quality was just as good as dining in. The staff was friendly and efficient, and pickup was incredibly smooth. Ericka, my go-to server, was Awesome! She confirmed my order, made sure I had everything I needed, and got me on my way in just a few minutes. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in great service. If you’re looking for a reliable, delicious, and hassle-free takeout option, Outback’s To Go service is definitely worth it. I’ll be ordering again soon!   This is our favorite outback our server Aiden consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience and exemplifies the highest standard of service. We make a point to request him every time we visit because his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality are unmatched. Each visit feels seamless and thoughtfully curated from his extensive menu knowledge to his impeccable timing and personalized care the host was welcoming attentive, and extremely helpful, creating a positive first impression and ensuring our visit began on a smooth and organized note. The entire front-of-house team reflects a strong commitment to excellence. Aiden is not just a great server he is the reason we return regularly and a true asset to this location i highly recommend coming here for sure

  I’ve noticed that customer service at many restaurants just isn’t what it used to be, servers often seem disengaged or indifferent. However, at Outback Steak House in Allen Texas, our server, Caren, completely changed that perception and restored my faith that great hospitality still exists. Caren was outstanding: knowledgeable, attentive, with a great attitude and an impressive attention to detail—something you rarely see nowadays. Her service alone made the visit memorable. We started with the spinach dip, which arrived sizzling hot and full of flavor. For my entrée, I ordered the teriyaki skewer with rice and asparagus. The skewer was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the rice was light and fluffy. The asparagus was fresh but could have used a bit more seasoning. We finished with the carrot cake, which was moist, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Overall, the food was good and Caren’s exceptional hospitality truly stood out and made our experience enjoyable. She is absolutely an asset to this location. Chef Hdz.
