All was smooth then they asked me to pull up which I did and then I waited for over 20 minutes while the drive through just kept moving smoothly and curbside kept clearing out and refilling but I got nothing! I finally drove around and got back in the line and went back to the window. Suddenly my food appeared because clearly they forgot to bring it out! I asked for the manager and Jorge came to the window and said they were waiting on a biscuit which was a lie because my food was all cold! He just kept saying why do you want me to say like it didnt really matter!

I gave her my order and she abruptly tells me to pay at the first window. I get to the window and say good morning as I handed her my creditcard; again no response. She hands me my card, I say thank you and she just tells me "next window" and shuts the sliding window. I get to the second window and the young guy opens the window and I say good morning; again crickets and this time zero eye contact. He hands me to cups of orange juice saying nothing then the bag of food; still no eye contact and saying nothing and shuts the window. If you hate your job that much do something that requires no customer service. I've received more courtesy at the DMV. The food gets a 3 for obviously sitting under a heat lamp for hours, but it still tasted okay.
