I was calmly trying to give my app numbers and place my order, and there was no line or pressure behind me. I asked several times for help and even requested that someone else take my order, but I was ignored. No one should have to go through such an awful experience just to place a simple order.

I order food and a drink i said at the drive thru widows sweet tea i get to pay look at my receipt it say unsweet. when i get to the last widow , the young lady tried to convince me it was sweet tea , so i tried it . tasted unsweetened water . so i ask for a diff drink they caught an attitude and maybe me wait 5 mins to get a new drink .

I get the food and ask for some sauce, guy gives me attitude comes back and tells me to ask for that at the first window for now on and instantly shuts the window on me before I can even respond. Didn’t realize asking for sauce was such a tall order for a McDonald’s employee. I mean I get it’s McDonald’s but cmon I’m asking for the bare minimum here.
