  I came with my kiddos during the weekend lunch rush and received the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald’s. I ordered thru the app and accidentally selected drive thru instead of table. The manager said it was no problem, helped me, and personally got my order ready super fast. We had a girl come to our table to see if we needed anything and throw trash for us. Every employee we encountered was so polite and welcoming.

  My order was missing 2 McChicken sandwiches and I was told to go bk through the drive-thru which was busy. I got my missing items but after the wait my food was cold and not at all fresh. When I received the missing items I didn’t get any type of apology not even anything about fixing the entire order for the wait of having to go bk through the drive-thru again and having cold food when all was said and done. I’m very disappointed about this visit but on a positive note i would like to say that if the food temperature wasn’t cold it would have been a really tasty meal, especially the McDouble hamburgers.

  This is probably the nicer McDonald's restaurant in the area. The food is decent and fresh considering moderate customer here. My son loves the play place here. The kids are nice and respectful here. The restroom is cleaned. The food over is okay. It's McDonald's. Highly recommend for any visitors or McDonald's play place regulars. 🍔🤸🏼

  Waited 30 MINUTES in the drive through tonight for a DoorDash order for 1 Big Mac, 3 cookies and fries, just for them to tell me their system is down and they need ANOTHER 20 MINUTES to make it - That's a total of 50 minutes wasted for ONE BIG MAC. 50 MINUTES I don't get paid for by DoorDash. I have RENT i need to make! It's 1:30am, 6 cars have already left, other doordashers are standing at the door with the doorbell, and EVERYONE is just being IGNORED. This week ALONE, this McDonald's has had "mysterious" NIGHTLY systems failures so we have been unable to complete 5 NIGHTS OF DOORDASH MCDONALD'S DELIVERIES IN A ROW... Also, OUR OWN MCDONALD'S APP PERSONAL ORDERS are CANCELED as individuals....our orders are ROUTINELY canceled by the time we get to the window, because y'all are TOO LAZY to make a Big Mac?? This McDonald's has a habit of not only IGNORING their customers, but LYING to them through their TEETH because they're too lazy to have FORETHOUGHT to make more food as supplies dwindle during the late night, early morning shift. This is NOT a good look McDonald's. You have been reported to corporate.

  This food we order was cold, the Burger's were dry and cold. The meat and onions where coming out of a cold bun. On top of that the basket of fries we ordered where super cold. A day later myself and my child got sick with diarrhea, food poisoning and I believe it came from cold food that had probably been sitting a while. It's sad if I had the time to go and return it and have them make everything freah I would have. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's restaurant. Never again will I eat there.
