  I have been to this location many times without any issue. On Monday my sandwich was made wrong. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and they included tomatoes when I asked them not to. No biggie. I called and was told that they would put my name on the board and I would receive a $10 credit, basically a free sandwich when I came back. Went through the drive thru today with the receipt and info for the ignorant, rude, Caucasian woman at the window to tell me that the general manager said they can’t honor it because it happened on Monday. Today is Wednesday. WHAT?!?!?! She was very rude and dismissive. She should not be a face for your company at all. A sandwich is a small matter but because of her behavior I’m going to stand on the principle. I’m not letting it go. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I want to speak to someone about her behavior. I’m not even concerned about the sandwich. I have already shared on my social media business accounts to my 60k plus followers the experience I had and to never go to this location. I will drive to Frisco from now on. You’ve lost a lot of business because of an incompetent employee. And her telling me that you are short staffed has NOTHING to do with my experience.
