But last week I was dissapointed, my son grabbed these cookies and usually I always check the expiration date and I forgot to this time. My son and I ate a few but we both got a weird taste until I look at the expiration date "August" really!! C'mon HEB how did you miss this?? My son had a bad stomach ache for 3 days!

Instead of resolving the issue she rudely asked me to go back and take a picture of the shelf price myself. This was unprofessional and unnecessary. Correcting pricing errors should be handled by staff not pushed onto customers. The interaction wasted my time and reflected poor customer service. I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy from H-E-B.
