During checkout, the female cashier （I was in 25 and less line) did not help bag my groceries, while she did help other customers before and after me. It made me feel confused and unfairly treated. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but consistency and basic courtesy matter. I hope management can remind staff to treat all customers equally so this doesn’t happen again.

I was getting a Daquil AND Niquil with the cough medicine. She wouldn’t let me buy it separately! I’m a 59 year old man, not some kind of drug addict. Use your common sense! Ridiculous customer service! Now I have to drive around to another store to get my DayQuil because she wouldn’t let me buy it at HEB. Super inconvenient. Maybe I’ll go back to shopping at Kroger. I’m changing this to a one star for the lack of common sense!

Luckily the HEB gods blessed us with some heavenly tortas. We got one torta for the two, a honey muss, which totaled to $6.08. The next 10 minutes was the best torta cracking experiences of our lives. Honey muss and jalapeño torta is a crazy sleeper combo. 100% satisfied, 10/10 would crack this HEB torta again thank you HEB for existing.
