The staff was extremely unwelcoming and made it pretty clear they didn't care, all they cared about was the time clock they where milking by standing behind the counters on their phones while guest waited for their needs to be met. The coffee was cold so I kindly let the ladies know at the front, they rolled their eyes and hesitantly made another pot. The half and half was also out so I asked for some and the lady gave me an open half and half carton with no lid and said "here". That was also empty. When I was done eating as usual I thanked them and all the staff was behind the counter on their phones and they never looked up just said "mhm" and waited for me to leave. Even if the food is good, the customer service and environment is enough to keep me away.
