Was told it was delivered to go find it by the manager. Then was told if I didnt want to go look it would possibly be another hour for our dinner. After requesting a refund the manager said sure and hung up on me. As a restaraunt manager myself I am disgusted with the lack of accountability and customer service that we recieved. Not only will we not be ordering again but will be requesting others to avoid it aswell. You have fallen far dominos.

They were making pizzas without gloves, and one of the workers was touching the order screen, then went straight back to handling the pizza — no handwashing, no gloves, nothing! That's absolutely gross and not okay for a food place. I lost my appetite just watching. Domino's really needs to fix this and train their employees on proper food safety.

I called and talked to the manager and they said they would reprimand the employee who ate a slice but never asked for my name and sounded mad that I called to tell them that one of their employees are eating customers pizzas.
