Five-star food, Zero-star service from the "Boss Lady” in the front.
I love the food here, but the atmosphere is being ruined by one specific woman, usually standing near the front registers. While the rest of the team is polite, she is consistently arrogant and rude. Today, she literally shouted orders about "also count kids in the total" over customers' heads.
No eye contact, no smile, and zero respect for the people paying to eat there. Everyone in line was looking at each other in shock and laughing how someone could say that to the faces of the customers. While it’s technically correct and the group was already willing to pay for the kids, this shout was not needed for.
If you see a lady acting like she owns the place with a serious attitude problem, just wait for a different server. She needs a major lesson in customer service. Other staff are very polite and respectful.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for quite some time, and it honestly used to be one of my favorite spots. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and worth recommending to friends and family. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been very disappointing.
The quality of the food has dropped significantly — dishes that were once well-prepared now arrive bland, poorly presented, and sometimes not even at the right temperature. It feels like the attention to detail that made this place special is no longer there.
What’s been even more frustrating is the service. The staff used to be welcoming and attentive, but lately the experience has been slow, disorganized, and indifferent. On more than one occasion we’ve had long wait times, incorrect orders, and little effort to resolve the issues.
It’s genuinely disappointing because this place had set such a high standard before. I really hope the management takes notice and brings back the quality and hospitality that made this restaurant great in the first place. Until then, it’s hard to justify returning.
Today’s lunch was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We ordered mutton dum biryani, haleem, and butter naan.
Before I get into the details, let me mention that the restaurant was almost empty—only a couple of tables were occupied. You can see this in the screenshot.
What Happened
We placed our order at 1:57 PM.
Until 2:20 PM, no food was served.
When I asked a staff member, she said she would check and told us the food would arrive in “two minutes.”
After a long wait, the haleem finally arrived. My wife tasted one spoon and it was very cold. Imagine waiting 30 minutes only to receive cold haleem.
We immediately took it to the counter and explained the issue.
A junior employee tried to handle it but couldn’t answer our questions, so she called a senior lady. That’s when the experience became even worse.
Food was served extremely late.
Cold food was served after a long wait.
The senior staff member responded with arrogance instead of proper service.
This senior lady didn’t even apologize properly. Instead, she simply said, “We will refund the money,” as if that solves everything.
No responsibility, no respect. If you are representing Desi Chichas, you should care about customer experience. You cannot shout at customers—
we are paying for the food and expect basic courtesy.
She also claimed she “didn’t know the food was cold.” Then she said the “minimum wait time is 20 minutes,” which makes no sense when the restaurant is almost empty. When I pointed this out, she said they were busy with to‑go orders. So does that mean dine‑in customers don’t matter?
Another customer even approached us and said she faced the same issue—cold food and long delays—but didn’t speak up until she saw us questioning the staff.
It feels like this restaurant survives mostly on hype. Maybe they serve good food on weekends, but on weekdays it seems like they don’t care about quality or customer experience at all.
Except for the arrogant senior lady, the rest of the front staff were polite and apologized for the delay and the cold haleem. But if this restaurant continues to keep such rude staff in charge, the business will definitely suffer.
Serving cold food after a long wait and responding with arrogance is unacceptable. Customers deserve better.

The place is okay. Food is decent, takes some time to come out busy or not. However, I don’t agree with their pricing model. Price in the restaurant is as expected, but ordering for pickup direct from their site everything is inflated partially. Then ordering from any delivery apps and the pricing is raised even more-so. Not an issue, but it is unfortunate when the portion sizes are smaller ordering Togo compared to what you receive when you dine-in. Kind of a letdown.

We had an amazing experience. Everything tasted so delicious . We tried the Italian Naan, which was so unique and perfectly baked. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Jalapeño Chicken was creamy and delicious .
The Tangdi Kebab was juicy and well-marinated. Both biryanis were amazing — the Chicken Dum Biryani was aromatic and flavorful, and the Mutton Dum Biryani was outstanding! The mutton was incredibly soft, tender, and cooked to perfection.
We also loved the Chicken Tikka Frankie, which was packed with flavor and great as a quick bite. For dessert, the Pistachio Kulfi and Malai Cream Kulfi were the perfect sweet ending — rich, creamy, and refreshing.
Great ambiance, good service, and authentic flavors. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to! 😊
