- JHJordan HeverlyFeb 7, 20261.0I don’t complain but when I do I have a darn good reason. I ordered my spicy chicken strips with a Diet Coke, fries and a Al la carte taco. Wanted to try the Dairy Queen sauce they were out, wanted gravy they were out. I get it the place was about to close so that doesn’t bother me. I settled for a side of honey mustard. I pay the young man and he asks me what my drink was. I said Diet Coke. Whatever they gave me it was not Diet Coke but once again not the worst thing on the planet. I can survive. I get my food and notice the taco wasn’t there. I said something to the young man and after figuring out what to do with his co workers they were able to get my taco made for me. I sat in line for about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. I get my food and go home. I open up the box and the bread looks like it was eaten and there was no sauce. If I’m paying $15 for a meal in a fast food joint I expect to have everything I ordered and not to have it look like it was in the hands of another guest before I’ve gotten to eat it. Extremely disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be back. It’s a shame cause I love me some Dairy Queen but what I got tonight was unacceptable.

Last time I was there for an online order they were out of an item, but said their system could not refund me. What…? Five bucks down the toilet. And there’s obviously a bot responding to the terrible google reviews; they all say the same thing. 🙄 Allen deserves better!
