Whoever the manager is needs to go back to flipping burgers at mcdonald's.

I asked if I could get more chicken. She said “ double chicken is extra “ I said you barely gave me a full scoop of chicken. I just walked out for the first time in my life. This is RIDICULOUS. CHIPOTLE DO BETTER. Your prices are Absurd and you want us to pay $12 for a bowl with 5 pcs of chicken?! Are you freaking kidding me? Absolutely absurd. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues at this specific location. It’s trash.

Ever since, I have faithfully gone out of my way to drive an extra 5-10 minutes to other Chipotle restaurants. Finally decided to give this location another try tonight, rationalizing that it’s been so long since I got food poisoning here and there’s no way it would happen again from this same location. Wrong! I will spare the details and simply say that I have been miserably sick all evening, and this was the only food I’ve had all day that I can attribute it to, aside from a protein bar this morning. There is clearly a hygiene or health/safety issue in the food preparation process at this Chipotle. Reported to the Allen Health and Food Safety department so hopefully no one else has to get sick.
