  Food was SO good! Get a chocolate coffee shake! We used the drive thru but could hear the staff laughing from the drive thru window so I gave the atmosphere four stars. The lady at the window was fast but a little brusque.

  My husband and I ate at the Einstein's in Allen this morning. We both ordered the coffee and bagel special that we saw advertised on TV. It was $8.00 and included a bagel sandwich of your choice and a large coffee. The lady that helped us gave us each medium coffee cup. I told her that it was supposed to be a large coffee. She said no, you get a medium. I told her that's not what the ad or the sign posted by the cash register said. She just said no and shrugged her shoulders. She didn't care! They also put the wrong cheese on both of our sandwiches. No one ever even acknowledges you when you leave. Horrible customer service! That lady ruined it for us. We will definitely pass this experience on to others and we will NEVER return to this location. We are all about great customer service!

  Till now this is the only location of Einstein Bros Bagels that has disappointed me with their service and also the bagels which they served

  Absolutely disappointing amount of cream cheese spread. Especially when they charge extra for it.
