Do not buy anything takeout to serve your guest. you will be disappointed. I bought Veg Dum Biryani family pack yesterday. The dish was inedible due to excessive salt and spice, leaving my guests hungry and forcing me to throw the food away. I feel my time and money were wasted, and I’m looking for a refund or a credit to make up for this experience. I called and dropped message to desi chicas but they don’t even reply on that.

Order promised in 15 minutes but took almost two hours. No proper pickup system or communication. Needs improvement. (I recently placed an order at this restaurant and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, there was no ticketing system or clear process for order pickup, which made the experience confusing. There was also no proper communication or updates about the delay. I ended up waiting almost two hours for my order. While the food may be good, the lack of organization and poor communication made the experience frustrating. The restaurant should consider implementing a proper ticket system and improving their order management process.)

I have tried this place twice. The first time I ordered butter chicken and it was very good but I did find a hair in my order. Tried this a second time and ordered the boneless chicken biryani. It was horrible. I actually threw most of it away bc the chicken was oily and not cooked thoroughly The butter naan was good and so was the yogurt sauce. Service the first time was ok. Service the second time was horrible. At the counter there were two females working and it took them a bit to acknowledge me even though they were facing me the whole time. My food took 30 mins to be ready ad they never called my number or name. This seemed to be a common theme as many people were having to ask about their takeout orders. One staff member clearly had a group of friends come in and she spent most of her time behind the counter talking to them. The friends also came in with no shoes which is not ok in a public place serving food. Lots of employees working and I would say about 20% of the restaurant had guests at lunch time on a Friday. Also, they don’t know the meaning of mild. I’ve had plenty of Indian food mild and this was way spicer than I anticipated, both times. I really wanted to like this place but I have to say I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was one of the worst mutton biryani experiences I’ve had. The mutton was completely undercooked—tough, rubbery, and almost impossible to chew. It honestly felt like it was barely cooked and just thrown into the rice. Serving undercooked meat is unacceptable, especially in a dish like biryani where the meat is the star. It’s not just about taste—it raises serious concerns about food quality and basic cooking standards. The rice had some flavor, but it didn’t matter at all because the main component of the dish was a complete failure. For the price and expectations, this was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cooking process.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. While the appetizers and biryanis were served on time, that’s the only positive. The food quality was extremely poor. The garlic naan was dry and tasted like raw flour. The crispy corn and mutton sukka were disappointing. The mutton biryani was terrible, and to make matters worse, we found a hair in the paneer biryani completely unacceptable. There was no proper counter service, and the overall service experience was very poor. Even more concerning, the kitchen staff were not wearing hair nets or gloves, which raises serious hygiene and food safety issues. The restrooms were also in very bad condition, adding to the negative experience. Overall, this place needs major improvement in food quality, cleanliness, and service. Definitely not recommended.
