- YCYing Chaves3 days ago1.0One drive through order taker was directing the car line like he was border patrol. I almost whipped out my passport 😆. It’s just fast food, people. No need to be rude. The app said to go through the 3rd lane and “we will have the food ready”. I didn’t know I had to wait for the DHS guy to wave me through. And I would have backed up because no one was behind me, but then he said “It’s too late now”. Like I had jeopardized national security. Very odd and stressful just to pick up fast food, that I don’t even eat. I was picking up for the office. Anyway, never again. It’s too busy, and those people look so stressed, bless their hearts.

We got to chat with Clayton the manager at the Stacy road location today about different menu items and he was kind enough to bring us two things to try next time. Although it was busy when I was there, everyone on staff was polite, helpful, accurate & courteous. I ordered a salad, soup, and a frozen coffee. Everything tasted fresh & delicious. I will definitely be back in the near future.
