There was a couple of times from the deli like the Chinese food they were not in a bag they were just put on top of the basket. I had to get a bag from the same groceries to put that in the bag. These kids don't pay attention they just put things in the basket. I wish I knew who to talk to about that.

I then proceeded to go to checkout only 1 full service register open so I went to self checkout. The girl there was rude and acted like it was a bother to help me with the 25% coupon on the package. Next it said I didn’t place something in a bag so I called her over there again. She was so rude and talking down to us! The last straw was her rolling her eyes at my husband! We just walked out without the meat we were buying! HEB is my favorite grocery store I shop in them all over the state since I travel for my job! This is the worst store for rude and unhelpful people in Texas!!
