Watery cocoa missing drizzles and syrups like 5 times in a row. I don't even drive back through and I let it go. So that's what reviews are for. I'll still come back but I never know if it will be good, mediocre or a complete waste that gets thrown in the trash because the quality and accuracy is not consistent. Retrain the baristas. They're not consistently following orders, measurements and recipes. Also, wiping everyone's drink down with the same towel, drink after drink makes every cup sticky.
