  There was a young employee (light-skinned, glasses) working during my visit who was completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, she spent the entire time in the dine-in area focused on a man I’m assuming was her boyfriend, talking to him and touching him while on the clock. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was actually working and trying to keep up with orders. It was honestly unfair to them and frustrating to watch as a customer. This kind of behavior should not be happening during a shift. Management seriously needs to address this.

  Honestly yall or whoever didn’t get my order right spent my money just literally for nothing start looking into the order more with DETAIL baddie that’s bs

  The manager should really be on top off making sure employees greet customers and say a thank you when at the drive thru window. Chick at the window tonight straight up opened the window, said my name (I ordered ahead) and closed that damn window. No Hi. No nothing. Then just handed me my food not saying a damn word. No thank you. No have a good night. Absolutely rude. I LITERALLY SAID THANK YOU AND GOT THE WINDOW SLAMMED ON ME.
