  Please fix your soda machines! They taste like refrigerated stale water! Maybe clean the soda fountain dispensers.

  I had my partner order on mobile, 40 minutes prior to daypart. We were 8 mins away from the restaurant and a prompt and email pop up of our food order being canceled. Im well aware how it works but theres ample time to prepare an order. If the issue is them not checking online orders as theyre being prompted, yall need to hire more competent staff. Regardless of being refunded for my order this chain is actively wasting peoples time and gas. With 40 minutes to spare from daypart. If its automated please do your part to bring it up to management.

  Be mindful when placing your online breakfast orders. Place them and pay for them 20-30mins before 11am and they'll cancel your order if you're not there right at 11. Cause of forbid theres traffic or some other factor holding you up. Where did your food go if you had plenty of time between your order and 11? Who knows wasnt there and they wouldnt help when I got there to ask why my order was canceled when I was at the light(1-2mins) down the road.

  This is by far the worst McDonald's. Order always wrong, paper still stuck on patty, sent it back still wrong, fries always cold and waiting over 30 min for curbside order. If you want good service and hot food go to the McDonald's on Ridge here in Alamo.
