- AGArturo Garza2 days ago2.0Terrible Experience I don’t usually leave reviews, but this McDonald’s visit was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The service was unbelievably slow even though the place wasn’t busy. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when they finally did, the staff acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. When I got my food, it somehow managed to be both cold and soggy. The fries tasted old, the burger looked like it had been slapped together in two seconds, and my drink was mostly ice. Overall, horrible service and disappointing food. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. If you want it more angry, more sarcastic, or shorter/longer, just tell me!

- HXHercules & XenaNov 2, 20251.0A little disappointed and I hardly do any reviews but they could of replaced it with a better chicken strip, but no got a skinny little one instead and a little bit of the spicy sauce on the side and not enough lettuce and cheese compared to the Jack in the box snack wrap it's better looking than this, and yes I could have gone over there but wanted to give this one a try and don't need bad or rude comments just stating my opinion don't know if you can do something about it but if not than I'll take it as a loss.
- JHJo HOct 22, 20255.0I came in before work so it was early. My coffee was a bit too sweet for my liking, went back and Cynthia was very attentive. She was able to fix it and made it better. Definitely very friendly and patient. It was nice to see that even though it was early and she was busy, she managed to make it right and maintain composure under pressure. I appreciate her patience and good vibes. Made my day!
