  This is a review about the establishment. Most of us know what to expect at an Outback. For a business traveler, you choose a chain for this reason. I stopped in tonight. The parking lot was maybe half full. I walked in as a party of one. Is was quiet in there. Yes, I was told they were at capacity. They tried to get a server to take me but they said no. I left...no big deal. I am guessing a few people called off or no one wants to work for the manager because I don't see issues at any other restaurants in the area. I headed down to Kenny's Grill and got right in and they were very busy. I won't be headed back to an Outback again anytime soon if they cannot accommodate a wary traveller.

  Just ordered curbside to go, ordered a fully loaded bake potato with my meal...you think any of that fully loadedness was in my bag when I got home...ughhh, so annoying

  They screwed up my last order. Manager gave me a promo code for my next order. Problem is it only lasts 15 minutes. Their website has been buffering last 20 minutes. Now my promo code is useless and I can’t even order. 0 stars.

  Wow. Idk if it’s management and genuine training. But the people here really made this location feel very special. Cynthia was very helpful and the manager checked up on us periodically. Very well done everyone. You guys did so good. Bravo As you can see my pic. We ate up everything. Delicious. We will be back.

  Deante took great care of me in placing my order to go. He was attentive and informative. He offered me a drink while i wait, then offered to bring my food to my car. Wow way to go Outback on great customer service and good people in the right places!
