I placed an order and even got a confirmation email. When I tried to track the order, my profile says there isn't one. They took my money but won't deliver the food or pick up at the location. No way to contact corporate. This is no way to run a business. Now I have to order something else from another company & go by the store on my way home to get my money back.

Having had three bad experiences, I decided to give this location one more chance. I was immediately greeted by Anna and let her know I would be waiting for a mobile order, since I arrived sooner than expected.
We had a brief conversation while she prepared our food, and I noticed she still made a point to greet every guest who walked in.
Anna delivered exceptional service. Her attention to detail set the tone, and honestly, more should follow her example (Just saying 🫡 ). 😊😊😊

Made a delivery order, for a big group, delivery was missing items. Called store for a refund only to be told that they do not and cannot refund individual items... whatever that means. So Jake the manager mentioned that they would take down my number and name and write down the items to then get them the next time I placed and order I asked how would that work? knowing i was being lied to. Made another order and then called to see if they would honor what I was told only to be told by the messenger that the manager that told me that isnt here and that their current manager doesnt remember that mind you they didnt wanna talk to me on the phone. Terrible customer service. and they still got some items on my most recent order wrong.

Received my order that was placed over an hour and a half ago, delivered by Uber for some reason.. Both sandwiches were ice cold with the breads being soggy as hell, called the store and was answered by an employee who I told the condition of the order and that id like a refund, but ended up being handed off to another employee, to whom I asked for a refund and after telling him what was wrong with the order, just says "is that it?" And after confirming that was the reason for the call he says "okay you're all good" and just HANGS UP THE PHONE. No I'm sorry for that or haha my b bro or nothing... just hangs up the phone. Maybe bro was just having a bad day but that's no excuse for that terrible of service. NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD
