He kept us laughing, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and genuinely made the entire meal feel special. Leo did not just serve us; he elevated the whole experience. Outback should take note. He is a standout, and we will be back because of him! ❤️

Quality is absolutely dropping and for what you pay, I could recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse as a better option. Outback is one of those places I always looked forward to. Now it is maybe somewhere I stop in if I'm nearby/passing. Do better Outback, you still have fans out here, but other people are crushing you on food.

- JGJulian GreerNov 2, 20251.0I wanted to do something simple for my birthday. So I figured I would go to Outback's. My appetizer (wings) still had feathers on them. I order my steak medium rare. It arrived extra rare. I send it back to have a steak cooked to the correct temperature. I can only assume rather than cooking a fresh steak they microwaved the steak that was previously brought out because now it over-cooked, well done and rubbery. My server Kyle although polite made infrequent visits to check on the table and the host and hostess were too busy playing to acknowledge my many attempts to flag them down. Resulting in me having to get up to ask for the assistance I needed. Overall a terrible ordeal I didn't expect Nick and Sam's level service but I somehow thought the service would be better than Applebee's.
