Food is absolutely delicious we ordered Mixed fajitas, queso, churro and cuatro leches cakes. the service was amazing the server was very attentive and helpful. the queso was beyond my expectations. The fajitas where good however no salsa was provided, and we got 3 strips of chicken 2 of beef. this is the reason why I'm giving them 3 stars. the churros where fresh filled with cajeta and custard. the cake was delicious and moist. I do recommend however portions are small and pricey.

Will never visit this place again. Me and my girlfriend went to Gloria's in Addison on a Sunday afternoon. We entered and the hostess was somewhat cordial but based on my spirited attitude, she could have been more personable (but that's not the issue). We're seated and not long after someone drops off the chips, salsa, dip combo. She doesn't speak to us at all. There is no hello; no "welcome to Gloria's; No "here's your salsa, and your server will be with you soon." She say's absolutely nothing. I worked in the food service industry and all these things MATTER.
I notice it, but I disregard it (Still not the issue).
The problem was we sat at the table close to 15 minutes without a server or anyone coming to us. The restaurant was not crowded (and even then that is not an excuse) and in fact, there were servers including one in particular standing on a wall near us the entire time. At one point a server comes out and delivers service to a table near us and we're thinking okay we're in her section and she will FINALLY take our order. Nope. She then goes and talks to the guy holding the wall up, and actually a few employees go over and they're all laughing and talking with him.
On the opposite section from us there is a server tending to his tables and I'm looking at him and we begin to infrequently make eye contact. I can tell that he is aware of our plight. At one point the server that has been standing up against the wall doing nothing goes over to the guy and as I'm looking at the server actually working he whispers to the guy and clearly tells him to come to our table because he then walks over. "Hello, I am not your server, but let me get you some drinks," is what he tells us. We ask to speak with a manager.
The manager comes out and promptly apologizes but then says I don't know what's going on and can't explain the reason our table wasn't attended to as we were trying to find out. All she's saying I don't know what's going on, I have questions too. What?! You're the shift manager and you don't know what's going on?! My girlfriend astutely pointed out over the duration of our wait that same manager had been on the floor and had twice walked past our table. The manager did offer to get on top of things as far as the order, but we said no. Luckily this Gloria's in Addison is surrounded by other restaurants, and we went to one and the service was a complete 180 (degrees) from the trash experience we got from Gloria's in Addison. Both Hostess and server were fantastic and even the chef came out and greeted us. We typically go to Gloria's at another location and there is no issue. But I have no plans to go to another one because the Addison location experience was such garbage. If you're white or Hispanic, you probably won't have this issue, but if you 're not, you're going to get whatever you're going to get.
Never in my life have I ever posted a review and I've had terrible experiences before but it was my girlfriend's birthday and she likes to eat at Gloria's and the look on her face how everyone at the place was being attended to and the one guy near us couldn't at least come over even if he was not the server to get the ball rolling. I had to write a review. The one star is because negative stars aren't an option. It's either willful neglect or incompetence going on at the Gloria's Latin Cuisine in Addison. I'm going to say a bit of both.

The food was average, but for some reason it was not hot but barely warm when it came out to me. The patio was nice, but just a little advice, please wash your seat covers on the bench seats close to the sidewalk side. They were highly stained and it almost made me want to leave. As always the service and drinks were top notch!!

Review of Latin Gloria
Latin Gloria has become our favorite place to visit every Saturday. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is exceptional. I especially want to highlight Leonardo Velásquez, who pays attention to every detail and ensures that every guest enjoys their experience. His kindness and professionalism make each visit even better.
In sum, Latin Gloria not only offers excellent food but also a level of service that truly sets it apart. It is a place we always look forward to returning to, knowing we will receive the same quality and hospitality that have made it one of our favorites.

This place is honestly such a vibe. The salsa.....THE SALSA?!? OMG it's so delicious, not kidding I can drink a tub of that salsa. I'd apply to Gloria's, get hired, and work there for that salsa. I'd sit outside the restaurant and beg people to bring me some salsa...lol JK I won't but seriously, the salsa is top notch. The food is always fresh, and it's a nice place to go out with the family or even yourself at the bar
