  The service during our visit was extremely disappointing. One waitress was assigned to a table of twelve, and from the beginning she appeared unwilling to take on the responsibility. Her demeanor was cold, and the level of service provided was below expectations. Numerous errors were made throughout the evening, resulting in most of our party choosing to package their meals and leave after more than two hours. Several members of our group were unable to dine together due to the delays. When it came time to settle the bill, multiple tickets were incorrect. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide not to return to this location. For a more positive experience, we recommend the Gloria’s location in Garland.

  Went to this location on Friday December 19 for my birthday 🎈. Everyone was amazing from the lady's greeting us at the door to the waitress we had. Staff was phenomenal, it seems to be the management were definitely on top of everything and coming by the table to check to see how we were doing. Top notch! Food also was phenomenal everything fresh and hot every time it was served from the appetizers to the entree! And like always, the margaritas were top-notch delicious. I definitely would recommend this location

  Excelente servicio en la barra. Alejandro Alemán fue muy profesional desde el inicio: atento, rápido y con muy buena actitud durante todo el evento. Se nota la experiencia que tiene, los tragos estuvieron bien preparados, balanceados y servidos con buen ritmo, incluso cuando la barra estaba llena.

  I had an incredible dining experience and a huge part of that was thanks to our manager, Maureen From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed—greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. Her knowledge of the menu and passion for Latin cuisine really stood out; she offered great recommendations and even shared stories behind some of the dishes, making our meal feel special and culturally rich. Throughout the evening, she checked in with every table with a friendly, attentive presence—never intrusive, but always just when you needed her. When we had a small issue with our order, she handled it quickly and graciously, turning it into a positive moment that showed her commitment to excellent service. It’s clear she leads with both heart and expertise, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects beautifully on the restaurant. Thanks to her, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Gloria’s in Addison to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

I make it a point to meet a friend here every week, and it is consistently the highlight of my trip. The combination of impeccable service, fantastic ambiance, and truly unforgettable food sets Gloria's apart. Culinary Excellence: The menu is incredible, offering fresh, authentic, and high-quality dishes. I highly recommend the Churrasco Tipico, the savory Pupusas, and their truly remarkable Grilled Quail—a surprisingly delicious specialty that you won't forget! And of course, the journey starts perfectly with their addictive chips and famous green sauce. The Best Frozen Margarita in Dallas: Dallas is known for its frozen margaritas, and Gloria's House Frozen Marg is simply the best you will find. It is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of work. Perfect for Professionals: The Addison location offers an upscale, energetic setting that is ideal for both client dinners and casual meetings. (Interesting fact: it turns into a vibrant nightclub on weekends! Not for me but very interesting... If you are a business traveler looking for a reliable, exceptional, and truly delicious dining experience that will impress, look no further than Gloria’s. Addison is my favorite but there are many options available - it will quickly become your favorite part of the trip too!
