I was in town for a meeting and went to Gloria’s for dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant with such a great vibe! I sat at the bar; the bartenders were so nice and very attentive. Chips & Dips: I was served a basket of chips with salsa, black bean dip, and salsa verde shortly after I sat down. I had to stop myself from eating the entire basket of chips; the chips and all three dips were so good! Drink: For my drink, I had the spicy cucumber margarita and it was hands down the best spicy margarita I’ve ever had! It was the perfect amount of spice to go with the refreshing taste of the cucumber. Loved the little cucumber bits, too! Dinner: For my entree, I had the chicken enchiladas with the sour cream sauce, it was delicious! The sauce was creamy and very flavorful, and I loved the rice & beans. I had such a wonderful experience at Gloria’s; I wish they had a location in Florida (specifically Tampa lol), because I’d go there all the time!! I’ll definitely go back the next time I’m in TX. :)

This was my third time at this location.Bishop arts and Arlington food is was better. The food today here reminded me of a tv dinner. It was warm and literally the counted out 3 pieces of bell pepper .I had one drink chips and salsa and full fajitas.Couple next to had 5 drinks no food at all I asked for one margarita to go and was told I had to order a second meal or appetizer because the manager has gotten strict and change the policy .This doesn't even make any since ,so is it a way to be greedy and loose a sale, meanwhile people can get drunk and are aloud to order no food. When ai came in 3 weeks ago I was able to to order a to drink with my meal with no issue,it was actual offered .Is this a ridiculous made up rule for customer or ethnicity based

I went to this place. The food was good. The service was okay, but the manager, I think she's missing some leadership skills and made decisions that don't make sense for the business. One of the biggest challenges for this manager, Maria, is that she always believes she's right, even though she's not. She is a great person. However, I think she needs some coaching on how to be a leader and not just someone with power. Due that I visit a couple of days locations through the years? I have seen these manager Maria and I know for a fact that even the employees don't really care much for her.Because the lack of leadership skills

Horrible service, food is ok when done correctly. Expected more. Wait was fine just 20 minutes for a party of 4. Once seated it took awhile for a server to give us water, or ask for our drinks. Then they forgot about us, didn't come back to pick up the extra cups either. Took our order then, the food took forever to come. My family ended up filling up on chips because that's all we had for awhile. The when food arrived meat was undercooked and food was lukewarm. Took forever for them to comeback and check on us. Service was extremely slow, then once I finally got my food it was getting late, I hurried up to eat because even if the server said not to rush someone else came and was picking up our cups finally. So when I finished I started waiting on the check and no one came, time passed by and then that same girl that picked up our cups got me the check. I wasn't even finished writing the tip when she kicked us out bc they would be starting the dancing. How is it our fault that we got slow service that I barely had time to finish the check? Do better. This whole experience was ridiculous.
