This was rude, unprofessional, and unethical on so many levels. If you are not happy with being in the customer service field, please consider leaving the hospitality industry.

The idea that I ordered a Sausage Egg Bagel & was told AFTER I waited an additional 10mins that I would have need to request pork Sausage for an additional charge-it automatically comes with Turkey- now if its not listed on the drive thru menu how would I know! Just a trash 1st time experience

The food is always great, but the service at the Belt Line & Marsh location in Addison, TX—especially the drive-thru—is consistently disappointing. Today we waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and the only reason we didn’t leave is because the curb and the long line made it impossible to exit. If the drive-thru can’t be managed efficiently, it might be better to close it until the issues are resolved so customers don’t end up stuck like this.

I waited 45 minutes for a simple bagel yes, and when it finally came out, it was drenched in pepper, to the point of being completely inedible. I don’t know how you mess up a bagel this badly. The lady manager doesn’t give a damn about the restaurant or customers. By the time it arrived, it wasn’t even worth sending back. Just a totally disappointing experience from start to finish. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
