  best dutch bros location ever!! the whole staff is always super friendly & awesome. i go here multiple times a week & have never had bad customer service. not to mention, they make the best drinks. i refuse to go anywhere else. this location has completely won me over

  The young man who is always at the drive-thru taking orders has skipped me three times, by not paying attention to where I’m at in the line, I won’t be coming back to this location. Again, I think the two line option is really ridiculous especially when you don’t pay attention to who arrives first, it can delay a person by 5 to 10 minutes, and I’ve tried ordering ahead multiple times, but that delays me as well. You guys really need to get it together here please put somebody else on your drive-through unless you want to have more complaints like this.

  This location is in a strip center. It has a double drive through and walk up service. A barista was outside at the drive through taking orders. I couldn’t see the menu yet, and as I’m unfamiliar with the menu, I didn’t know what was offered. The outside barista was nice, but not super helpful with suggestions. I got an iced Irish Cream latte. It was sweet, but not flavorful. Their latte prices are in line with other coffee places. I went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. The wait in the drive through was 18 minutes.

  Dutch Bros is my go-to for a quick pick-me-up, but my recent experience was exceptional thanks to Dedra. She greeted me with a genuine smile and an eagerness to help, which is always appreciated. I was feeling indecisive, and she patiently walked me through some of the specials, ultimately helping me choose the perfect drink for my mood.What really impressed me was Dedra's attention to detail. She made sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it, and even remembered my usual order from a previous visit! That kind of personal touch is rare and makes a huge difference. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about making customers happy.Dedra's positive energy and excellent service turned a regular coffee run into a bright spot in my day.   I’ve had two not so great experiences here … The first time I went, it was my very first visit and I didn’t know what to expect. I walked up to the window to order and was confused by the line system, which wasn’t very clear. Instead of being helpful, the employee was rude. I ended up waiting a very long time, which I didn’t mind much since I walked up, but it was confusing when another employee later came out asking everyone what they had ordered. The whole experience felt unorganized, and the staff attitude made it worse. The second visit I was picking up for my sister. To avoid the long lines I experienced before, I ordered ahead on the app and had a pickup time of 7:44. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I was told “a couple more minutes,” but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my pickup time. I waited patiently because the line had gotten very long and I didn’t want to cut in front of anyone. When I finally went back up to ask if my order was actually being made, I was offered a gift card instead of being told when my order would be ready. I didn’t want a gift card, I just wanted the order I had already paid for. After asking directly if it would be done in the next five minutes, I was told it was “just now being finished,” and I finally received it shortly after. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve gotten my order if I hadn’t said something. If there’s going to be a mobile ordering system with pickup times, it should be accurate or at least communicated better. What’s disappointing is that I always see Dutch Bros online with friendly, upbeat employees, but at this location I’ve only experienced attitude and poor organization. While I was waiting, another situation stood out... Two young girls came for a pickup and realized they placed at the wrong location. The employee responded in a way that made it seem like it was okay and that they would still make their drinks, asking what the order was and reassuring them. However, the employee then asked how they wanted to pay. The girls looked confused and ultimately said never mind which made it clear that the situation was very misleading.
