  This location is not what it once was a year ago. Everyone used to be so full of life when working. The wait times to get your drink were low even during a huge rush. You just knew that coming to this location you’d be getting excellent service. Now everyone looks miserable to even be here. Quality has gone down tremendously. I don’t blame the workers but the new management. Ever since this location had changed managers everything has changed. Please please PLEASE bring back Sam or Boa.

  Went to get an afternood drink today. Frendly service from the drive through girl placing the orders on the line. The reason for a 1 star in service was because there was a car infront of 6 to 7 cars that we were all waiting in line and the girl at the register thought it ould be a good idea to sit and chat with him while everyone was waiting for their drinks. The young lady that took the orders went in and started bringing all the drinks out to the rest of the vehicles waiting in line witch was kind and profecional of her while her co-worker talked away at the window. By the time i got to the window she handed me my drink whitch was not the correct drink. Didnt have time to wait for them to fix my drink. Instead of blabbing away, it would have helped if she insured other orders were correct.

  There is really poor organization at this location. It should not take 25 minutes to make a coffee. I placed my order ahead of time, and when I arrived, it was still not ready. If customers are able to order ahead, the drinks should be prepared on time. This needs improvement.

  I had asked for less ice when taking my order on my drink, then at the window as I was watching this girl make my drink. She overflowed the cup with ice, then I stopped her and told her less ice. She responds with “be sure to say that next time” pours out a little bit of ice and then I watch her put more ice at the end again? I didn’t like her attitude, will not be returning!

  I’ve always enjoyed going to Dutch Bros Coffee because the drinks are great and most of the employees are friendly and welcoming. However, I feel compelled to share something that has been weighing on me. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed the manager speaking to employees in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. The tone and body language came across as harsh and overly critical, and it noticeably changed the entire atmosphere. When this manager is on shift, the employees seem unhappy, tense, and almost afraid to interact naturally. They don’t have the same upbeat, relaxed energy that Dutch Bros is known for. It feels very different compared to when she’s not there—during those times, the staff are smiling, talking comfortably with customers, and seem genuinely happy to be there. The contrast is honestly hard to ignore. One moment that especially stood out to me was watching her get onto an employee in a very stern and uncomfortable way, and then immediately turn to the window and greet me with a cheerful “hi sweetheart” like nothing had just happened. It felt very unsettling and insincere, and it made the interaction awkward because I had just witnessed how differently she treated her staff. As a regular customer, it’s upsetting to see employees who seem discouraged or uncomfortable in their work environment. It changes the whole experience and makes the environment feel tense instead of positive and welcoming. Unfortunately, it has reached a point where I don’t feel comfortable returning to this specific location when that manager is present. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the employees deserve to feel respected and supported, and customers notice more than management may realize. I truly enjoy Dutch Bros, but the leadership at this location has made the experience disappointing and uncomfortable.
