  This is the slowest drive thru ever. So far I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and there are still three cars ahead of me in line. I mobile ordered and now I’m spending my entire lunch break waiting to get my items. There is 0 sense of urgency here. Update: after waiting 30 mins since ordering it’s still not ready. What a waste of my time

  I know my review is a couple of years late but i came across this photo when I had visited for my birthday drink back in may of 2024 and it made me so happy to see again and helped me remember how they turned my 18th birthday into a good one(it’s the little things that help!). So thank you for that guys! Not only that, but every time i return the staff is always so kind and bubbly!

  This is the second week I’ve come and they’re out of the chocolate crunch topping for my brown butter chocolate chip Iced latte. The manager needs to do a better job at inventory. You pay $8 for an iced latte and don’t even get what you want. Also, what are those breakfast sliders? Not worth almost 4 dollars. It can be eaten in a single bite. Dutch Bros needs to do better. Charge more but at least give me something that’s worth buying.

  It's Dutch bros. It's a drive through coffee shop, hence the mid rating on the atmosphere. It's neat but... It's a drive through. You don't super experience an atmosphere. Their coffee are some of the best available and some of the best quality, while also respecting your wallet a bit more than certain other Seattle based coffee shops. It's good. Don't like it your first time? Try something different. Too sweet? Try half sweet. Customize it a bit so it's what you want.

  Been going to this location on and off since it opened. Staff has always been nice but they do mess up my order a lot. Just today I ordered 2 different drinks and when I got to the window I tried to verify each one with them and they lied to me and confirmed both as the drink I ordered. One was supposed to be a mocha and the other a latte and they both looked the exact same but didn't want to remake it and just wrote mocha on one of them after I asked which was which. I tasted it and they were the exact same drink. I couldn't go back in like because it would have taken another 15-20 minutes. This kind of thing has happened to me before and sometimes I'll go back and ask them to change it when it's not busy and they're cool about it. Unfortunately it is reoccurring so I don't feel good about leaving anything more than 3 stars.
