  people messed up my order and i tried taking it back completely FULL and they said they couldn’t fix my order !! Had to pay another another $15 for and the store manager and cashier was super rude about the whole thing!!

  lol the reviews are spot on, customer service is horrible. Whoever the girl was working the front around 10:00 tonight (4/18) needs a training on how to properly treat customers. When she asked if I wanted crispy or soft tacos and I said soft, she subtly rolled her eyes and let out a quiet sigh. Then while the tortillas were heating up, she just stood there staring at me with a straight face 😂 It only got worse from there. I didn’t even get to finish telling her what I wanted on my tacos before the guy at the register interrupted me the first time to ask if that was all for me. I was literally mid-sentence. Before I could even respond or finish ordering, he interrupted me again to tell me my total while I was STILL trying to explain what I wanted on my tacos. So now I’m stuck trying to answer him while also trying to finish my order at the same time because apparently nobody could wait two seconds. I had to literally stop and say, “I was going to add a drink if you just give me one second,” Once the girl packed my food, she looked at me, very obviously fake smiled and immediately dropped her smile to a straight face 😂😂 I understand there are closing duties, I’m not oblivious to that, but rushing customers, cutting them off, and acting annoyed a full hour before closing is ridiculous I can confidently say this is the worst chipotle :)

  I had a disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Addison today. When I walked in, I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. I understand employees can be busy, but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. When it was my turn, the employee preparing my bowl seemed disengaged. She almost gave me the wrong rice. I was just thinking she was new and learning. What stood out the most was the difference in how the next customer was treated—they were greeted immediately and given a much more attentive experience. I also asked the cashier for the employee’s name to provide feedback, but he refused to share it and quickly dismissed me. They he dismissed me made me think that this is NORMAL behavior for this location. I chose to complete my purchase because I hadn’t eaten and didn’t have time to go elsewhere, but overall the experience felt dismissive and inconsistent. I hope management can address this and ensure all customers are treated with the same level of respect and service.

  Been coming for years never had a problem just started to notice my order always been the same but the charge kept going up I mean I know everything is getting price so I noticed they were charging me extra for meat which I didnt ask I dont know how long this been going on but am not alone other have been saying the same thing I dont like me they steal my money or try to play it off am sorry when u know u charged me for something I didn't order people start checking ur receipts

  Lasts night we went here to grab a bit to get we got 2 chicken bowls we walk in no greeting there was a gentleman a head of us all I can remember is his hand hanging over the glass the food area all I could think is eww I hope nothing fall off his hand in to the chicken well of course we paid and went home as soon as we took a bit I could tell I was not going to be happy the rice was under cooked very hard the chicken was very fatty we spent like 22.00 and was not happy about the meal and I actually love Chipotle
