  This lady take my order the last time I bought food there in the drive thru, idk what she’s name is, she give my girlfriend and me a terrible service, I eat a lot on chick fil a because I love eating there and sometimes I order on the drive thru and the staff it’s really friendly and nice but this lady was rude and she looked desperate and anxious for me to finish ordering so she could take the order of the next guest, she got an angry face all the time while I was ordering, me and my girlfriend talk about her to other staff when I drive to the next stop to get my food but I think they don’t really care about it I’m not trying to have a free meal or something like that, because im not that kind of person, I work in the customer service/restaurant industry however yall want to call it, and I know how other people could treat us, but it’s on us learn how to manage that because that’s the work that we choose, if she don’t like customer service area then quit

  The breakfast biscuit must not have been fresh because it just kept crumbling while I was trying to eat my chicken egg and cheese breakfast biscuit...3 stars

  Waiting 10 minutes for a gallon of tea I ordered on the app. That is supposed to be ready when I arrive. Why even add it for sale on the app if you wont have it ready.

  The kids working this location have the worst customer service skills. Whomever is making these hiring decisions need remedial training. Their communication skills are non existent and they have no self awareness. I come here at least four times a week so this is very disappointing.

  Chic fil a ALWAYS provides top tier customer service. I don’t care which one I go to, I am always impressed by the high energy upbeat service I receive. However, this was our first time at this location & I am so disappointed by the quality of the food we received. The nuggets were huge and soggy. My daughter bit into a few and had to spit them out. She said they had fat on them. We ended up throwing the rest out. I ordered the strips and had a similar experience there was fat & film on the chicken and way way too much breading. It kinda seems like whoever is supposed to be cleaning the chicken or “preparing” it isn’t doing a good job. I called & complained but i concluded the call immediately after because I knew they were going to offer to replace my order & NO THANK YOU! The chicken was gross & we won’t be going back to this location. But, I still love Chic fil a. When I’m having a bad day, going there cheers me up (they all seem so happy). It hurt me to write this review but, hopefully it’ll help them improve.
