Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Our server was fantastic! His name started with a J and has incredible hair and such a beautiful smile. Food, as always, was cooked perfectly and exactly as we ordered it. I tried the smokehouse burger which was SO GOOD!!! A++++ all around

This is by far the slowest Whataburger. I wish it was just a one of, but they take a minimum of 20 minutes every single time you order. You can arrive, they place you in the far lane, and then they help 9 cars before even coming to retrieve payment.

Food is good but fountain drinks are nasty. Old, flat, like they aren’t being cleaned or taken care of. Just sell bottled drinks and I’ll be set.

Don't come to this location if, you're in a hurry and with hungry kids. Doesn't matter if it's 1 car in the drive thru or 10. They'll have you sitting in the drive thru for a minimum or 30 mins. That's if you're lucky. It's taken this happening to us 5 times in a row for me to finally post a review. My kids love Whataburger but we'll never go back to this location.
