  Ordered in the drive thru and received someone else's order and when I went inside to get my order remade they still forgot things I had order and they had the receipt

  The place is gross and slow. The bathrooms smell bad and the paper towels are right above the trash can making the paper towels dirty.

  First time ordering from this location... never again. The cheesy crunch gordita tortilla was soggy wet and the cheese was stale (already discolored). The tortilla was stuck to the paper wrapping the gordita. Never again.

  Long wait times. I've sat at this particular Taco Bell for 30 to 40 minutes each time I go there. Foods just as expensive as eating at a restaurant takes just as long for lower portions and fast food quality. The only reason to go to Taco Bell over a regular restaurant is normally the speed you get your food take that out of the equation and it's just an expensive pointless place.

  Everytime I come here, I pay a lot of money. I have a large family. I live kinda far away, I should get what I pay for. Every. Single. Time. Without having to waste my money, my time, to drive all the way back to get something I should’ve got the first time! And everytime I come here, it’s always something. Well this last trip, I won’t be back. I should’ve checked the food upon driving off, but I didn’t. So I get home and missing part of my order. Kids are upset. So I take it to the Taco Bell app, and they give me 10$ off my next order. No. I want a refund. I don’t wanna come back and do my usual online order ( because who wants to speak to AI at the drive thru?) just for them to also go “ oh, well we don’t have that. We’re gonna have to substitute that with something else, to be forced to eat something I didn’t want to begin with because they already have my money. I had one great experience here, and those people are gone now I guess, so I’m not coming back. Done paying for food that I’m not gonna receive 🤷🏻‍♀️ or for food I didn’t want! If I order those potato burritos, then I don’t want a rice and bean burrito! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Being nice, understanding and patient got me no where it won’t change
