  5 layer burrito was disgusting!! I don't know what that was they gave me!!! Waste of money!!!

  Waited for almost 30 minutes while there were almost 10 people “working”. They mislabeled our food as a door dash order. When we asked about it they finally found it. The food was cold and they said “sorry it’s still kinda warm, so you can take it.” And didn’t offer to remake the room temp food to fix their mistake. The order was ready 15 minutes in and they didn’t call our name at all. I just think it’s crazy to hand customers cold food and say it’s okay.

  My daughter asked for a Taco Bell birthday party and a Taco Bell photo shoot. I wasn't sure if they would allow this so I asked them and they said yes. They went above and beyond to make my little girl feel special. They even brought out a card signed by everyone and the employees put in for a gift card. The entire time, they checked on us and made sure we didn't need anything. We are very grateful for them and their kindness and willingness to allow us to have her party there. The food tasted great and came out quickly too!

  Is it the best food? No. But is it the cheapest fast food? Probably. They have the closest thing to a dollar menu that still exists.
