  Old food was left all over at the food countertop.Tables were dirty.Also , the portions of the food seems smaller than from other subways.

  This was sad. Ordered a protein bowl and got none of my chicken. Ordered a meatball sub with stale toasted bread. Called got a policy that I guess is "we got your food wrong, but we dont care." I usually order through door dash, but went through the website. I wont be doing either, and probably at none of the locations in fear its the same terrible owner.

  Order was delivered and protein bowl was missing the protein and the sandwiches bread was hard as a rock. The franchise owner is rude and doesn't care to come to any resolution. No wonder this place has went to trash, its starts from the top down

  Went in 1/4/2026 around 8 pm and the gentleman who made my sandwich was super cool.

  It's so crazy that in the afternoon I never had a problem ordering from this location. They NEVER got anything wrong from my orders before. For some reason though, on Christmas Eve Eve (23rd) at 2:30pm, Mason was so pissed that he had to be aggressive to the register, throw the lids around that carried the condiments, and even leave plastic in one of the sandwiches while working to toast it. If it wasn't called out, he would of left it in! Absolutely wild! If work is stressful today, I totally get it, but c'mon man. Take few breaths in the back if you need to. Don't take the bad time out on us. All the deep sighing in front of us doesn't make us comfortable one bit. Definitely not coming back for a while, at least midday.
