    Ordered a burger: paid extra for bacon- no bacon, asked for no onions- onions. Bun was this bizarre soggy texture which was shared by the soft pretzels I ordered. It's hard to put to words exactly what was wrong with their bread products, but the bun and pretzel were just.... violatingly moist. Wouldn't recommend feeding this food to your worst enemy. Never again returning.

    It takes minimum 20 minutes to get anything you order, BUT brent has to be the most friendly carhop ever and we love him so dearly!

    This is the third time that they refuse to sell bagged ice. The customer service is lacking when they answer the speaker but start talking to other workers in the background.
