  This location is the worst iv’e ever been to and i go to sonic A LOT! Places an order of 3 drinks, waited 20 minutes and when I hadn’t received my order I pressed the red button. They said my order was coming out next. The screen said the carhop was on his way with my order. Waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I finally went inside and asked for a refund. They never produced my order, 3 sodas. Ridiculous!! If I ever get the refund (they say it will take a day as it was an app order) I’ll be surprised. Do better.

  Sonic on Clack Street has never gotten my order correct. Never get all my for on the first try.

  Got to the drive-thru. Started my order person taking my order interrupted me said " wait you're not stall six" disconnected and then I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to come back. I finally got tired and left. This particular Sonic I have never actually ever gotten my food at. Every time I've ever tried to use it, something like this has happened.

  Ordered DRINKS on app, app said 5-6 minutes... 30+ minutes later and I still have yet to get my drinks. Went to the door and told them I've been waiting 30 minutes for my drink order and she said "everyone has"

  I love, love, love this sonic! They make the utmost best whotecoconut cream slush! If you haven't ever had one. You have to try one from THIS sonic!!
