  The workers are always super nice and helpful. They also are quicker than other Sonics.

  I visited to pick up my order and signed the clipboard on arrival. After completing the paperwork, I asked to step outside briefly because the staff were hosing the floor and I was not wearing slip-resistant shoes. A person I believe to be the manager, identifiable by a different-colored shirt, refused and insisted I wait inside and that the order would not be brought out. When I offered to simply step just outside the door and let them call out when it was ready, she responded rudely and gave me a dismissive look as if I were an inconvenience. I understand the pressures of the job, but customer service should be respectful it doesn’t matter how the customer was obtained. (Delivery drivers are still your customer) Additionally, allowing people in the kitchen without appropriate footwear could create a safety and liability risk.

  I love Sonic fries but this location has horrible food and worse service!! Three times now I have had to beg for my order, and they do not care either!!

  Anastaci is an amazing carhop! I love her energy and her attitude. She really made our day! Yall definitely need to keep her around!
