  This location just needs to go ahead and be shut down. Hopefully the health department will step up on their inspections because this place is nasty. It has gone way downhill! Sad to see it happen since it’s the only one on the Northside of town. This GM has zero customer service skills and says there is no way to forward complaints to anyone. He seems totally fine with just losing customers. Definitely not someone I want handling food for my family. Will not ever order from this location/franchise again.

  Racist, unethical, and cruel. As the only Asian customers there, we were treated with clear discrimination. The staff acted politely on the surface but took harmful actions behind our backs, actions that seriously damaged our livelihood. We are ordinary people working hard just to live, and what they did caused real suffering. Doing this on Christmas shows a complete lack of humanity. I would never support a business that treats working people this way.
