Nor the manager. Still there when we left an hour later. If they are fine with the front house presenting like this….Makes me ill to think what the back of the house looks like.

Not acknowledging me, greeting me or asking what you drinking. That's what it took. 15 minutes to realize what the service would have been like if I stayed. Aweful, just aweful

I attached a pic of it after I zapped it in the microwave for 2 min and its still pretty red. All my other food was good it just seems like the kitchen was in such a rush to complete my order that they didn't bother cook it all the way.

Food was on point and our server even brought held our bloomin onion to be remade because he said it wasn’t done well, that was with no complaints mind you. Second time was pick up and and they forgot to give us our fries. They made a new batch and gave us a double serving for the mistake. To be honest it’s the rebound that matters and the people working there have great attitudes and get how people should be treated.
