  We went specifically for the playground, it was supposed to.open at 9am. We left at 930am when it was still closed

  The line was a little long. Meaning there should be fresh food. Our fries where cold and the rest of our meal!!! They also forgot our sauces.

  I 100% understand they were hit pretty hard with a local event letting out. I am grateful that they were polite, the food was not bad.... but it was also thrown together and messy. Again, I know they were busy... The wait is what was the worst. If my buger was thrown together but I wasn't waiting 45 min I would have never said anything about the food. But we waited for 45 min to get a messy burger. This was a management issue. And I'm not just talking about the on shift manager, because they could have done better delegating task and prepping for the influx of crowd. But the GM should have prepared better for the busy weekend. Knowing there was a big event in town should have staffed abundantly in preparation for the rush. Great job to the workers running the window and taking orders they were very pleasant, respectful and apologetic.

  Really need to take ice cream off the app menu if the machine is inoperable. There is no way to know until you are at the window after you've already purchased the ice cream.

  Night shift is absolutely awful and couldn't care less about drive times. Management needs to do something or be fired.
