  I don’t even know where to start. Waiting 30mins for food, some lady named Maria is just standing there not helping anyone. Customers delivering food curbside because the employees are just leaving them sit on the pickup window. Uber Eats getting served first while there’s 15 people waiting for take out. Drive thru lines are full and so are the curbside pickup and drive thru wait spots in the parking lot. Manager named Brandon is mopping instead of helping get orders out. Ray Charles, Steven Hawking, and Stevie Wonder would be more efficient and have better customer service than this place. “runner to curbside 3” was just announced for the 3rd time and Maria just said “I guess I better take this before someone else doesn’t mind their own business”. This has gotta be one of the worst McDonald’s in the entire chain of restaurants. Order was placed at 14:01 and it’s not 14:31 on 6Apr26. Just asked them if I could get a refund and they said no, only the manager can issue refunds and he isn’t here, even though I see Brandon and his purple shirt in the back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

  Came here at 545 PM on Tuesday the 31th of March and waited in the lobby for 44 minutes for two meals. I would have left but this was the 2nd McDonald's we been to today. The 1st one on S14th didnt take cash. They served drive through 1st while making us wait in the lobby. It was for my kids. This was wild work. Sit down restaurants get food out faster.

  Forced to use 1 of 2 kiosks during lunch was very tine consuming and cot conducive to "fast food dining." Staff behind counter were not courteous or helpful. Kid's meal fries were literally dumped upside down in both boxes. We did not receive sauce we selected at kiosk. Overall belief is the McDonald's Franchise only cares about increasing his profits at the cost of customer service. It will be quite some time before we return if we do.

  The drive through doesn’t even alternate windows. They just keep taking orders from one side only unless you speak up. The morning rush at this location is very busy, wait times are pretty long. Just be prepared to wait.

  Terrible experience, i ordered on the mobile app and it took an hour to get out to me, when it did it was already cold, so I went to to drive through and when I got to the window the dude wasn't even aware I was there, and at the end of it all they still got my order wrong
