Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I was traveling with my child and I stopped here around three in the morning and there was about six cars in line however they took at least an hour to get my food out to me it was cold as if it had been sitting for over an hour . employee that came up to my vehicle smelled like weed. I was at the window for at least 20 minutes before someone came to attend to me and during that 20 minutes, I had noticed that they were all sitting in there laughing and talking while while me and six other cars were sitting in the drive-through absolutely ridiculous service I will never come back here again shame on them . they gave me somebody else’s order . then the order had pickles on it which i’m severely allergic to which I mentioned to them. I ate one anyways and ended up in the ER . terrible service

Some boys are nice and friendly I don't know there's just some things I wouldn't allow my employees to do in front of customers like standing at the front counter and drink beverages stand there and chew gum while you're talking to a customer every place you joke around kid around you got to have some fun in your place of employment but there's also a limit as well so and they seem to have a good time working with each other and it seems like yeah atmosphere is fair second time we visited within 2 weeks and I would go back to this location again the cashiers in the front or friendly and they go above and beyond there was one that did not but for most part overall customer service is good Gabby I believe it's a manager and she's sweet kind and she knows how to handle her employees she does it with respect and she still has them enjoying their job she would absolutely be my first choice to hire as a manager if I own an establishment like that thank you Gabby keep up the great work

Took about 5 minutes to finally take my order. Then asked me to merge lanes. I left didn’t want to risk waiting 45 minutes for Whataburger.

It's a decent burger, fries werent very good. Waited 30 minutes to get my food while standing in the lobby. Place was pretty busy but they only had one counter person on duty and he was definitely overwhelmed trying to keep the place afloat.
