Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     I would give 0 stars if I could. Drove all the way home just to realize they messed up on our whole order. I have a child allergic to tomatoes and when we got home there were tomatoes on a burger when specifically placed over the app for no tomatoes. We were missing fries, they put mustard on a burger specifically stating no mustard, again over the app. Our Dr Pepper was out of syrup so when we returned they went out of their way to check their bags and made it apparent to try and correct me like I didn’t know what I was talking about when it came to carbonation and syrup. Absolutely disrespectful staff and lazy, I might add.

    Won’t be returning ! Two nights Inna row got cold and they did not tell us the patty melt was on sandwhich bread ! I’ll to another one !

    Ive been to this store 2 times and both theres been a homeless person sleeping inside. I placed my ordered at 12:07am. I arrived at 12:15am. I waiting 10 minutes before I was asked for anything. I asked about my order and was told it wasnt done. I was given my drinks and waited. At 12:25am the chicken for my order was dropped in the fryer. At 12:46am I had to leave to get back to work and I left the drinks there. I then looked for a way to get a refund and was only able to call the store. I was told they could not refund it in store for a online order. After these experiences I truly think I'll never go to a whataburger again.

    Came in from out of town ordered a chicken basket ask for gravy for my dipping sauce and then I also ordered an extra side of gravy which I never received either one of them normally they're really good at what they do how far as their service and ordering and making sure everything's in your order however this time it didn't seem like they were focusing like normal the last two times I have been there everything was correct Gabby is an amazing person as well as manager I hope she continues to thrive and become better and one day have her own store.
