While I have eaten at this location before, when under the old owners, and always had great food, and service, under the new owners, the service has become very poor, and the food even worse.
Swung into the drive-through today, 12/26/2025, and ordered 2 Whataburger's with cheese, 1 without tomatoes and bacon. Was told to pull through. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, no one behind, and another vehicle waiting in the other lane for their order to be walked out. 10 minutes later, I'm finally paying for my order, and leaving. The cashier apologized for the wait, stating just about everyone called out, leaving them extremely short staffed. Literally drove home, across the street. The burgers were ice cold, the cheese not at all melted, and the meat very dry and unflavored. It like they took the from under the lights, unwrapped them, removed the tomatoes and added some bacon, then slapped a cold piece of cheese on them, rewrapped them, had them waiting, getting cold, before they gave them to me. This is unacceptable.
